Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day and took time to remember those that have died or are serving our country for our freedoms we have today like owning and showing our horses. Find a veteran and thank them for their service. It doesn't have to be Memorial Day - it can be any day...Memorial Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Abe Lincon's Birthday, next Friday, or just the next time you see one on your way to the park or the grocery store. It means a lot to them just to hear thanks - believe me. But also because it is Memorial Day, we have a 3 day weekend. Enjoy that extra day with your families and friends. Celebrate the freedoms we've been given by our veterans but don't forget to remember them.
Don't forget, today is June 1 - that means the Waterloo Show is less than 1 month away now. In fact, we are at the 26 day count now. I just got some more trophies from Patty S this weekend...we got some good ones...and they are things you can use! I've posted a new poll on the side bar.
